What you get back, and what you do not
You get the examiner's questions for each of the 67 Security Rule requirements that your pack does not evidence, the artefacts an OCR investigator asks to see for each, and the clause behind every question, with a readiness score by safeguard family. You do not get a ruling. The mock audit scores the text you pasted, not your organisation; whether a control is implemented is the assessor's call. It is a rehearsal, so the interview holds no surprises.
