What this is

Mock HIPAA Audit reads a policy or evidence pack you paste, scores how much of the HIPAA Security Rule its text evidences, and shows the questions an OCR investigator asks for each requirement. It is a rehearsal. It is not legal advice, not an official audit, and not a ruling on your compliance.

What it is not

The score is a reading of the text you pasted, not of your organisation. A requirement marked "appears addressed" means your pack's text addresses the requirement; it does not mean the control is implemented. An assessor decides that. Do not rely on this output as evidence of compliance, and do not send it to a regulator as a certification.

Your pack and your account

You keep your pack. We store it only if you save an audit, scoped to your account, and you can delete it at any time. You are responsible for having the right to paste the text you paste; do not paste protected health information, only policies and procedures.

Payment and refunds

The full mock audit is a one-off USD 149 in US dollars, VAT or GST added where it applies. The free mock audit stays free. Refunds on request within 30 days.

Every requirement shown is The Art of Service's statement of a HIPAA Security Rule clause, read against the copy we hold and cited to its clause, not the instrument verbatim. Where a text is not held in full the page names it and does not state it.
